The W-350 Heavy Duty Automatic Dual Side Sharpener may increase saw performance by improving tooth accuracy. Both sides of the tooth are sharpened in a single pass. Automatic operation reduces labor to a minimum. The W-350 HDA features heavy duty spindles, drives, and motors which increases accuracy and machine life. The W-350 HDA makes sharpening of re-tipped saws a snap.

Independently adjustable twin grinding heads with precision spindle and drive system are actuated by a hydraulic controlled pneumatic powered system.

The saw indexer is simple to adjust. A fixed ratchet finger precisely positions the saw. All tooth angles are easily adjusted allowing peak saw performance. Filtered coolant is delivered to the grind and held in place by the wheel guard's design improving accuracy, wheel life, work environment, and productivity.

Designed from the start to be a wet sharpener the W-350 keeps coolant and grinding particles away from moving parts increasing accuracy and machine life. Automatic operation reduces labor on full retips and the ability to operate manually makes single tip repair quick and easy.
